Plans the curriculum and manages volunteers for children's church. 

Manages the volunteers for the Nursery and the Library. 

Manages the following areas and groups: 

• property 

• kitchen & event coordinators

• cleaners

• roadside cleanup

• decorator

Liaison between the missionaries we support and our congregation. Coordination of outreach ministries, and local missions events. Chair of the Missions Committee.

Directs, plans and organizes volunteers for the weekly worship service including:

• the praise and worship team 

• the audio visual team

• ushers

• communion

Represent areas of Youth Ministries and lead Adventure Club

Liaison between the congregation and the Official Board. 

Reports to the board on the following: 

• mid-week prayer meetings

• men's ministry

• women's ministry

• benevolent

and others. 

Provides assistance to the pastor and other ministry leaders as necessary.

Provides email correspondence and announcements to the congregation.

Publishes the weekly bulletin. 

Maintains the church prayer chain via email correspondence.
